Summary:The research aims to propose digital marketing strategies that help in customer service in the microenterprise “Bodemarket” Ecuador in the city of Riobamba. The methods used in this research work are induction and deduction because it is necessary to ask questions based on existing statements, observe phenomena based on specific facts, and then generalize to reach a general conclusion. It indicates the non-experimental study design because the study variables are analyzed in a natural environment, besides two types of research were applied, descriptive research, which serves us to analyze how it is and how a phenomenon is manifested, allowing us to detail it, and field research that allows us to collect data directly from the reality where the facts occur without manipulating them, the population and sample consists of customers of the microenterprise “Bodemarket” Ecuador, through the techniques and instruments of data collection which were surveys to customers of the microenterprise and interview the manager of the same. After performing the statistical analysis, it was concluded that it is essential for the company to carry out digital marketing strategies through social networks in order to increase customer loyalty and thus increase profitability through sales.
