There is information in the Zonal Coordination of Health 3 that is not used correctly, in addition to the lack of knowledge of data governance and to know in what level of maturity it is, then the present research work is the creation of a guide for the evaluation of the level of maturity of data governance in health programs in the Zonal Coordination of Health 3. First of all, research was conducted on the different maturity models with their respective levels, highlighting concepts on data governance and how it has served in organizations or companies, then the selection with a comparative table of the maturity model with its evaluation levels, continuing with the analysis of the attributes and components of the selected model in addition to the processes that exist in the Ministry of Public Health, Subsequently the development of the guide with the above mentioned, making a document with relevant information and requested of a guide and in the end the evaluation by experts using the Delphi method, with an acceptance of 70% of the proposal of the guide using a survey that each of the expert evaluators answered as they proceeded.
