With a mentored standards of due process approach, guiding development in which the figure of expropriation in the municipality of Riobamba Canton are generated during the period January 2015 - June 2015; for which a pre-set was used if the corresponding law in the expropriation procedure doctrinaire, legal and critical analysis was performed. Chapter I contains the guiding framework, in which we talk about the approach and formulation of the problem under investigation; objectives: general and specific to be able to achieve, and the rationale and importance of the problem. Chapter II contains the theoretical framework, in which the unit I referred to the topics and subtopics of the typologies of the city of Riobamba develops; Unit II containing the topics and subtopics on expropriation; Unit III specifically contains the expropriation process; IV unit determines the topics and subtopics on due process; V unit dealing with the impact of expropriation against the rules of due process; and finally the unit VI which deals with the hypothetical unit, operationalization of variables, and definition of basic terms. Chapter III, refers to the methodological framework in which explains how the research was conducted; it describes the processes, methods, techniques and instruments used in carrying out the work. Expresses the population involved and the interpretation and analysis of results. Chapter IV provides the conclusions and recommendations to which it has come, after having executed the research; also it contains the reference material used to develop the theoretical framework and finally the Annexes to this work. |
