الملخص:The aim of this research work is to analyze the results obtained in the investigation of irregular antibodies, for the study of blood compatibility, by means of different tests such as the Cell Multipanel in patients that meet different evaluation criteria, within them are for maternal-fetal incompatibility, politransfused, users with an incompatible first screening. This study has a quantitative approach because it is completely based on the review of the results of the transfusion medicine laboratory of the general hospital of Latacunga for the collection of statistical data, a cross-sectional cohort since it was carried out in a set period of time. The results obtained allow us to know that there are 496 patients predisposing to have irregular antibodies, while 24 had a positive antibody investigation, the most common were hot antibodies, that is, they reacted at 37 ° C in the LISS phase. Within these we find the Kell type, Rh-hr D, E Luth, the research of these helps us that there is no antigen-antibody reaction, and prevent the patient from being sensitized after the blood transfusion Inside the sample of study, we most frequently found women with presence of antibodies, this is possible due to the pregnancies they present and that their fetus is not compatible with their blood type or by blood transfusions that were previously submitted.
