El trabajo decente y su influencia en la migración de los agricultores del cantón Alausí durante el año 2022.

The purpose of this research work is to determine the influence of decent work on the migration of farmers in the Alausí canton during the year 2022. To achieve this goal, the qualitative and quantitative research approach was used, which allowed the analysis of relevant aspects of the work decent and farmers' perceptions of migration. The type of research is descriptive due to the description of the socioeconomic aspects of the farmers, and correlational given the relationship between two variables. The research design is non-experimental in nature, it is made up of the cross-sectional method, where a single survey was carried out on a sample of 373 farmers in the 10 parishes of the canton. Regarding the results, it is concluded that decent work indicators influence 98% in the migration of farmers from the Alausí canton during the year 2022. The lack of decent work affects the migratory phenomenon and the abandonment of agriculture, same as, are derived from precarious working conditions in agricultural activities. The research is divided into four chapters: Chapter I refers to the Introduction, Problem Statement and Objectives; Chapter II shows the State of the art, where the previous investigations and the theoretical foundation of work and migration are detailed; Chapter III details the Methodology, type, design, research techniques, population and sample, among others; finally, Chapter IV, Results and Discussion, deals with the results obtained from the surveys and the estimation of the Logit econometric model.
