| Zusammenfassung: | This project is carried out based on indirect fraud in the crime of femicide, which is structured by themes and sub- themes that describe the problem of this project. The research is divided into four chapters. Chapter I, called Problem Statement, where the problem stated; the objectives, the general objective of the research, and the specific objectives; the justification and importance of the problem. Chapter II deals with the theoretical framework formulated by the background presented and deals with topics such as femicide, violence against women, definition, characteristics, and analysis of femicide according to the COIP. It also mentions the intent, which addresses issues about the evolution of intent in Ecuadorian legislation, the conceptualization, and characteristics of intent, types of intent, and intent, according to the Coip. Besides, consequences on the active subject of the crime, the subjective and objective elements of femicide, indirect intent, and legal effects for the active subject for the inapplication of the indirect intent on this crime are the topics analysed. It concludes with the analysis that was carried out of a practical case. Chapter III deals with the methodology and design of the Research, the population, and sample, the techniques and instruments of data collection. Finally, in Chapter IV, conclusions and recommendations are stated after developing the Research, the bibliography used to complete it. |
