“Diseño, Elaboración e Implementación de un Modelo de Gestión Administrativa y Financiera en la Compañía Limitada Donoso Constructores de la Ciudad de Riobamba y su Incidencia en los Niveles de Rentabilidad y Eficiencia Administrativa. Periodo Junio 2016 - Noviembre 2016”.

The present work the design, elaboration and implementation of a Management and Financial Management Model for the Limited Company “Donoso Constructores” period June 2016 – November 2016, located in the city of Riobamba, Ecuador. The company is family – owned problems such as the absence of budgetary control tools related to financial management. The objective of this research was to evaluate the implementation of a model of administrative and financial management. Methodologically, the research used a qualitative approach where data was collected and analyzed through a quasi-experimental study that used a population of sixty workers and four shareholders. The results of the research found that the application of the administrative financial management model improved the profitability of the Donoso Constructores Company because the financial analyses and the application of management indicators produced better decisions. The study concluded that through the implementation of the financial administrative management model, company objectives were achieved and the financial economic profitability of the company was increased
