The method applied in the investigation was the hypothetical-deductive where it realized the following steps: observation, creation from the hypothesis, deduction and verification. The research was characterized by being an investigation of descriptive and exploratory, field type. The level that had the research was exploratory and diagnostic. The study population consisted of owners, employees and all persons who belong to the canton of Cuenca, which obtained a sample of 110 people; at who applied some tests to know his opinion referent to the efficiency from the distribution processes used by the company Gerardo Ortiz. The results obtained reflects that the enterprise need to get better improve the distribution and marketing of products and services to achieve the proposed objectives. |
