This is why the main objective is to design a catalog with fashion illustrations to contribute to the rescue of the Puruhá culture's clothing. To achieve this, detailed information about traditional garments was collected through interviews with historians, designers, and entrepreneurs, in addition to creating visual observation sheets on the characteristics of the garments. The methodology used was qualitative, with an exploratory and descriptive approach, which included data collection through direct observation and interviews. Subsequently, the data obtained were analyzed to create a visually appealing and educational catalog, combining traditional illustrations with a modern approach. The results showed that Puruhá clothing retains key elements such as geometric shapes and vibrant colors, but also undergoes a transformation in the new generations, influenced by current fashion trends. In conclusion, the importance of merging textile traditions with contemporary fashion was highlighted to revitalize and preserve Puruhá culture, ensuring that not only the clothing is preserved but also made relevant for new generations. Furthermore, it was concluded that the created catalog not only serves as a visual tool but also as an educational resource that fosters the appreciation of Puruhá culture, contributing to its preservation and dissemination in the current context. |
