Shrnutí:In the city of Riobamba - Ecuador, young people consume the K-pop music genre and there is a growing number of commercial establishments that sell K-pop related discs and accessories. It is necessary to make this musical style and visual aesthetics visible through the elaboration of posters to the whole population, spreading the knowledge about K-pop and its culture of Asian origin. In this sense, the present research aims to analyze the visual aesthetics of the K-pop musical genre, for its representation using the Swiss Design style. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive scope, the methodology was exploratory, using the comparative method. The techniques employed included interviewing experts and direct observation of K-pop artists' album covers to obtain information about cover design. Through the comparative study it was possible to explore the designs of a sample of 10 covers and identify the design parameters present, from which it was possible to establish elements, components and structure of Swiss Design to represent the visual aesthetics of the music genre, through this style of graphic design. As a result, a poster was designed incorporating the identified elements to give a practical answer to the research problem.
