| الملخص: | This project called "Quality of services of Dairy San Salvador company in Riobamba-Ecuador and its impact on the perception of customers"; aims to analyze the quality of service and the impact on the perception of the clients of Dairy San Salvador Company. In order to elaborate it is considered to take a tour of the different conceptualizations about the quality and the service resulting in the conceptualization global service quality and therefore it is necessary to analyze the service quality measurement model such as the SERVQUAL model, through which the improvement plan for the quality of services could be designed and increase its impact on perception of customers. In order to determine the effectiveness of the variables, it was necessary to apply an adaptive questionnaire for the collection of information and to verify the hypothesis through the Chi- Square statistical test, to generate an improvement plan that permits to achieve excellence in service quality and consequently the necessary business success in the current market. |
