Description
Summary:Nowadays, the "teaching-learning" process needs to move from face-to-face education to virtual environments or classrooms. Since, as a first stance, teachers require permanent contact with their students to monitor the educational process better. On the other hand, students must have continuous access to the contents and supporting documents in one place. They can use the documents to clarify doubts and improve their knowledge on a given topic because the academic hours are not enough to meet the objectives several times. The Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo (UNACH) in its digital platform has the Moodle virtual classroom as an educational tool, which is used as an educational support environment for teachers and students; Therefore, this research reveals the experience and level of satisfaction that teachers and students have when interacting with the environment as mentioned above. Based on the data results obtained through data collection instruments such as surveys and observation guides, the advantages and disadvantages of the virtual classroom will be taken into account to design an environment proposal that adapts to the teacher's needs using the same Moodle platform. In addition to being a reference guide so that it can be taken and implemented.
