Estandarización de los procesos productivos en la empresa textil Nayeli´s Sport en la ciudad de Riobamba, en el año 2024.

This research had as its main objective the standardization of the production processes in the textile company Nayeli ́s Sport, aimed at reducing downtime through the study of times, methodology such as direct observation, checklist and an interview was applied, in order to follow up on the tasks continuously, in addition engineering tools such as Ishikawa and the 5 ́S were used. The results obtained showed that the clothing area is the main bottleneck, it is here where the largest number of production processes are carried out and greater effort and time is needed, through the application of the current method based on the study of times, a standard time of 51.71 min/unit and a daily production of 56 outdoor suits were obtained. With the improvement proposal, a standard time of 43.02 min/unit and a daily production of 66 outdoor ternos were obtained where the standardization of the activities was proposed, additionally engineering tools and a procedure manual were applied, which is a clear step-by-step guide to follow through a flow diagram and description of the activities where the operators can orient themselves and follow the same procedure sequential and chronological.
