| Streszczenie: | The present research project entitled "Biomechanical analysis of the Olympic weightlifter in weightlifting and its incidence in the competitive level", "presents an experimental study of longitudinal cut (pre and post intervention stage), performed with the pre-juvenile selection of the sports discipline of the Olympic Weightlifting of the Sports Federation of Chimborazo. The main objective was to determine the incidence of the biomechanical control of the Olympic load in the improvement of the competitive level of the athletes of the Sports Federation of Chimborazo. The study sample consisted of 6 athletes with a mean age of 15.33 ± 0.494. The instruments used during the research were a protocol of analysis of the competitive effectiveness and the biomechanical analysis by means of the software denominated kinovea 8.15, to analyze the biomechanical parameters in evaluation, in this case the trajectory of the bar during its execution. During the intervention period, a set of exercises was carried out which helped to correct technical errors determined by the trajectory expressed, this period lasted 12 weeks. The results of the investigation determined that after the execution of this proposal the competitive level had a variation in their means by 0.33 at the level of attempts made, a score of 0, 34 and an increase of 2.17 kg in totals. Variations in the types of trajectory presented were also observed, inclining to the "C" trajectory in the post-intervention period, which evidences the effectiveness of the proposal. |
