Description
Résumé:The objective of this research project is to "Establish a calculation tool that allows the energy and environmental evaluation of prefabricated concrete houses in Andean areas". As a starting point for the development of the tool, the study parameters were established, such as water demand, factors that affect energy expenditure, waste generation, energy consumption and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, all this considering that the study is oriented to houses in the process of occupation. To obtain the units of measurement for each parameter mentioned above, it was essential to search for data on daily water consumption, refrigeration equipment, heating, lighting and data on per capita waste production. Once the consumption, generation and emission data were obtained, a database was created in Excel organized to evaluate each factor with its units of measurement and at the end reflect a general report of the evaluation of the house, which for this project each of the evaluated parameters was carried out for a lower middle class family with about 6 members giving as results of water consumption 1200 l/day, 3.78 kg/day, 3.78 kg/day, 3.78 kg/day and 3.78 kg/day. Hab,3.78 kg/day. Hab waste production, refrigeration equipment represents the highest percentage in electricity consumption as well as in Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emissions.
