La gestión de la calidad en los procesos de producción de lácteos en la comunidad Pallaguchi Huanca, parroquia Achupallas.

The theme is quality management in dairy production processes in the Pallaguchi Huanca community, Achupallas parish. Its main objective is to determine how quality management affects dairy production processes based on the reality presented by the community. The main problem is the need for more knowledge among producers about quality management, which has led to inefficient production processes that negatively affect the product's quality. In the state-of-the-art and theoretical framework, research is carried out based on several authors, in which the most relevant aspects of quality management were identified. On the other hand, the methodology used was the hypothetical-deductive method. Likewise, descriptive research and field research and their research design were non-experimental. In addition, we worked with a population of 60 producers, the same ones who contributed to the collection of data through the research technique that was the survey and, as an instrument, the questionnaire. Subsequently, the data processing and analysis was carried out using the Excel tool. Finally, a quality management model was designed where the appropriate production processes were identified, the quality policies that must be met within each process, and the quality objectives were identified.
