Резюме:The study focuses on investigating how strength endurance affects adolescent bicicross pedaling performance. Factors such as muscle strength, pedaling technique and energy efficiency are examined. The current research entitled "Incidence of strength resistance in adolescent BMX pedaling" uses a quantitative research technique with an experimental field design. The study focuses on two groups: a control group made up of 4 athletes and an experimental group also made up of 4 athletes. The participants are all adolescents between 13 and 15 years old, members of the Chimborazo BMX Club. The research methods were the complete track test, a computer cycle, and an RM test. The results obtained facilitated the comparison of performance between the cyclists in the control group and those in the experimental group who underwent an 8-week training program. The program focused on improving strength endurance and used an electro stimulator called compex, which allowed for targeted training based on the specific needs of the athletes. The results of the study are presented by means of graphical representations and tables. In addition, a descriptive analysis of the maximum, minimum and mean values, together with their corresponding standard deviations, is performed using SPSS software. Finally, post-intervention testing confirmed that cyclists who completed the training program had superior results.
