Yhteenveto:ABSTRACT In the research, women's labor discrimination in access to work in private security companies is analyzed. Stating that these discriminatory acts can have profound effects, especially of an economic, labor, personal and social nature, as women may be victims of discrimination, and their rights could be violated when the employer prevents access to a job because she is a woman. It was evidenced in the verification of the hypotheses, which evinces that formal equality is not respected, since many times the women or that it does not place her in a less qualified job, analyzed from the theoretical and practical scope in this work. It should be noted that the investigation also analyzes that no legal body or internal policy of a company could establish requirements that discriminate based on sex or promote acts that could violate the dignity of women. Since the fact of excluding a person in a personnel selection process, due to the fact of being a woman, is attentive to her human dignity, since it can make her feel inferior concerning man, without taking into account that women, as well as men, have abilities and skills that can be of great use to the employer, which in the workplace is not fulfilled.
