Итог:This research work was conducted to the restaurant “Sabores de Carmita” of the Canton of Riobamba, in 2017, reached a trajectory of the 15 years. Its sales volume has not been very representative, a technological medium such as an E-COMMERCE has not been used to position itself in the market. This situation has created the need for the creation of virtual store for local businesses that influences as a fundamental element in the sustainability of the restaurant. The investigation was framed in the inductive method of correlational type and field with a non- experimental design, the data that was obtained through surveys, interview guide and observation sheet applied to internal and external clients. They indicated that it is important to carry out a new type of sale through the use of E-COMMERCE and encourage a new management alternative with the customer as a preponderant element for sales success, since they are factors that most customers consider a shortcoming that must be improved at present. The Wix tool plays an important role in this research, since through in the virtual store was designed that was very relevant for the microenterprise.
