Тойм:The present investigative work was carried out with the objective of analyzing the emotional state in virtual learning of Psychopedagogy students of the first, second and third semester of the National University of Chimborazo in the academic period 2022-2023, where emotions are constantly changing in human beings, given the situations presented in the time of Covid-19. The present investigation was based on information from primary sources and with the contribution of the researchers with criteria related to reality. The methodology was based on a quantitative approach since the process complied with a sequence of systematic steps from the identification of the problem, information collected through the psychometric technique with the data collection instruments, through the application of instruments such as: the EVEA test to determine the types of emotional states and a survey to identify the level of virtual learning in students, the sample with which we worked was 109 students from the first, second and third semester of the Psychopedagogy career of the University Chimborazo National, period 2022-2023. The results obtained by applying the test to the study population showed that the anxiety subscale was the one that predominated in the students, while the emotional states of joy and sadness obtained a minority percentage. It was evidenced that the majority of students have learning difficulties where teachers do not provide extra tutorials for meaningful learning. According to the correlation of the study variables both in the emotional state and in virtual learning, it was possible to observe that the emotion that predominated through the subscales was anxiety, while for a stable emotional development in students there is no correlation between the emotional state and virtual learning, because the methodologies implemented by teachers are not adequate for self-learning. The interpretation of data was carried out through the use of techniques proposed by each research approach with the application of the appropriate instruments, so that for the quantitative analysis of the information the results of the test were used, which reveal a negative emotional state, affecting the self-learning of the students, where the results of the surveys carried out through the Microsoft Excel and SPSS program were obtained, complemented with the elaboration of statisticians such as: charts and cakes, from the analysis of each question reflected in the survey.
