Sumario: | Low back pain is in the lower back region; it goes from the lower edge of the rib cage to the lower gluteal region. Several types of exercises to treat chronic low back pain. However, exercise can be painful. For this reason, it is interesting to look for alternatives that do not cause pain or even that relieve it. Sphero dynamics, on the other hand, is the use of balls for therapeutic purposes that help balance and stability through a series of exercises. The research objective is to determine the impact of Sphero dynamics or fitball in treating patients between 25 and 50 years of age with chronic low back pain at the Andino Hospital. To increase their muscular flexibility and decrease their pain, due to the incidence of patients with chronic low back pain. Furthermore, this pathology prevents them from carrying out daily activities in a satisfactory manner. The tests used were: analogical pain scale (EVA), Schober Test, demonstrating statistically significant differences (p=0.00) between the initial and final values as a decrease in pain, increased range of movement, and in some cases, there are external factors that delay recovery. |
