Резюме:Linguistic intelligence endows human beings with a series of characteristics, among which is ease in using words, the development of syntax, fluency in expressing their ideas, and the ease in communicating with their peers. For this reason, it is defined to carry out this research where it is intended to determine how reading strategies influence the development of children's linguistic intelligence. It is important to understand that all reading strategies used in the classroom must be appropriate to the interests of the students, to the context in which they are developed, to the contents, to the objectives of reading, to obtain knowledge, develop skills and apply it in a context of real-life, beginning in their homes and all their daily unfolding. The methodology is descriptive because it details how reading influences the development of children's linguistic intelligence, considering the issues related to the variables of this research, to analyze and deepen. According to the objectives and type of investigation; and within the real present in times of pandemic, we will work with a population of five teachers, to collect their experience within the results. In the results, it can be seen that teachers indicate that students do not have the habit of reading and do not interrelate learning, so teachers have failed to promote reading strategies to allow them to develop linguistic intelligence, leading to theoretical memorization only and not the practice of knowledge. In conclusion, it can be said that apart from all the weaknesses considered, we can indicate that there is one of the greatest strengths and it is that we are all obliged to encourage the development of linguistic intelligence and we can do it through dramatizations, presentations, forums for students They can express their feelings and ideas adequately since the integral development of the students is the obligation of all teachers.
