Shrnutí:The present investigative work was developed in the modality of Bibliographic Review having as objective to collect information of foot reflexology in the physiotherapeutic treatment of the cervical syndrome of the greater adult. Foot reflexology is a complementary method for physiotherapy, which is expected to stimulate the affected areas releasing tension, relax by massaging the feet that keep a map of our body. We found 100 scientific articles of which the majority had nothing to do with the subject or did not meet the rating more than 5 according to the PEDro scale. The articles that were taken into account were only 19 since they have a grade equal to or greater than 5, of which almost all are in the English language. Information about this technique is minimal, compared to previous years has increased information about this technique obtaining several benefits at the level of the nervous system, circulatory, muscle. The realization of this research aims to add a study of quality among the few that already exists, carried out in different databases such as: Pubmed, Scielo, Elsevier, Science Direct, Mdigrapichic, Infomed, Redalyc, repository of the UTA, copying information between 2010 and 2018. This research project corroborates the effectiveness of foot reflexology as a complementary means to traditional treatment, providing positive reactions, demonstrating that reflexology treatment is beneficial for the health of people in order to alleviate the pain recovering it in less time its rehabilitation.
