Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The present research work, titled "The Commercial Management and the Sales of the Galapagos Hardware Company in the city of Riobamba", aims to determine the incidence of Commercial Management in the sales of the Galapagos Hardware Company in the city of Riobamba. It is a research of the hypothetical-deductive model, starting from general premises to end with particularizations. The exploratory-descriptive research was used to detail the characteristics and observe the behavior of the phenomenon under study in an adequate manner. For data collection, the survey was applied through a questionnaire, which was applied to a random sample of 326 clients. Microsoft Excel and the SPSS statistical program were used for data processing and analysis. For a correct analysis and interpretation of the results, we proceeded to present the information in graphs and statistical tables. In addition, we calculated the Chi-square to test the hypothesis and thus accepted the alternative hypothesis: "Commercial management affects the sales of the company Galapagos Hardware in the city of Riobamba." To conclude, after a weighted SWOT analysis and the corresponding application, strategies are proposed to improve the commercial management of Galapagos Hardware and thus increase sales. |
