| Resumo: | The present research establishes the influence of industrial process variables such as the viscosity of lubricating oils and vibrations in the operating variation temperature in power transmission systems. The measurements were made with industrial equipment such as the thermal stress meter and the vibration meter, using five industrial lubricants with different technical characteristics. The level of the transmission system tempering band was also modified, and the position of the gearbox. They were achieving the conditions of a productive system with the load. These data were statistically analyzed by Multifactorial ANOVA statistically obtained because of the significant basis that from the interaction of the variables, only viscosity is the independent variable that directly influences the change in operating temperature. In addition, through the foundation of normality. The residuals of the data belong to a normal distribution, and using the Levene test to verify the foundation of homoscedasticity, the homogeneity between the data variations will be reduced. Finally, when the lubricating oil viscosity is between the range of 82.3 cSt and 120 cSt, the temperature varies in a range of 2 °C while the lubricant viscosity is between 157.8 cSt and 360 cSt, the temperature varies in a range of 4 °C. |
