Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | ABSTRACT: The main objective of this research study called “Gestión técnica de riesgos laborales en la Coordinación de Infraestructura y Mantenimiento de la Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo”, has been the identification of the dangers and the evaluation of the risks associated with the different labor activities executed by the personnel who conform this department, using the survey of information for its later execution of diverse procedures that conform the technical management. The development of technical management began with the identification of risks through the application of the IPER matrix, with which the risks associated with the work activity of the workers were identified, finding a total of 343 incidents, through the probability of occurrence and level of impact generated in the work, of which 171 present low risk, 157 moderate risk and 15 important risks, Finally, a proposal was made for the technical management of occupational risks through the preparation of procedure manuals for all activities carried out in the department, which were socialized with the employees to guarantee human integrity and the Institution's assets. It is recommended that the documentation and knowledge of technical risk management be updated on an annual basis. |
