Objective: This study aims to assess the impact of robotic therapy on neurorehabilitation outcomes in stroke patients. Methodology: A bibliographical approach was employed, with articles selected from PubMed, Scopus, and PEDro based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: A total of 25 scientific articles were reviewed and evaluated using the Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro) scale. Conclusion: Robotic therapy has emerged as a promising and effective intervention in post-stroke rehabilitation. It offers precise, personalized treatment by enabling repetitive, task-specific movements that improve motor function. Additionally, real-time feedback enhances patient motivation and optimizes movement quality. When integrated with conventional rehabilitation techniques, robotic therapy has the potential to increase treatment accessibility, particularly in resource-limited settings, making it an essential tool in modern neurological care. |

La rehabilitación, incluida la terapia robótica, juega un papel crucial en el funcionamiento Objetivo: Analizar como la terapia robótica influye en la recuperación de la neurorrehabilitación de los pacientes con accidente cerebrovascular. Metodología: El trabajo es de tipo bibliográfico, se recopilaron artículos de PubMed, Scopus, PEDro del tema propuesto, y se utilizaron criterios de inclusión y exclusión para su selección. Resultados: Se recopilaron 25 artículos científicos para realizar la evaluación mediante la escala de Physiotherapy Evidence Database. Conclusión: La terapia robótica emerge como una intervención innovadora y efectiva en la rehabilitación post-accidente cerebrovascular. Permite una rehabilitación precisa y personalizada, mejorando la función motora mediante movimientos específicos y repetitivos. La retroalimentacion en tiempo real motiva al paciente y optimiza la calidad del movimiento.
