Summary:The Jeweler Hidalgo Vázquez is a familiar small enterprise dedicated to the design and production of jewels in gold of 18 carats located in Riobamba's city. The present investigation has as offer; a System of Management of the Quality to reach the satisfaction of the interested parts of the Jeweler's shop Hidalgo Vázquez and with this we can check in what measure the development of the System of Management will contribute with the offer. On having established the System of Qualit management with ISO 9001:2015, the jeweler's shop surrenders to certain requirements that the norm establishes. Which the personnel of the jeweler's shop has to elaborate documents as; qualit manual, where there are established the general information of the company, scope, politics, aims of quality, processes and procedures. On having adopted the System of Management of the Quality, it is a strategic decision for the organizations without importing his size, which can help to improve his performance, for which the jeweler's shop considers it by means of the production of the necessary documents to satisfy the client with an approach based on risks. In addition there have been written the clauses of the norm, which they were helping us to understand and know how to use the manual of quality, procedures, instructive, roles and responsibilities and others. For satisfaction of the client and to improve his processes is by means of the application of surveys to the client and to the personnel, survey applied before and after the investigation. With the system of management and the surveys we solve internal and external problems to the jeweler's shop Hidalgo Vázquez.
