| Tóm tắt: | ABSTRACT This study aims to argue information on hematological and anthropometric parameters as indicators of nutritional disorders. This research responds to the problem that is currently evident with the high prevalence of malnutrition, overweight, and obesity, mainly affecting children, adolescents, and the elderly. Therefore, these alterations may in the future, trigger other diseases putting people's health at risk. Due to this, nutritional assessment tests are applied as specific measures of the human body and mainly hematic biometry. The study used a descriptive inquiry approach since it is a bibliographic work in which the researcher collected updated data about the variables to be studied. According to the design, this research is a documentary because it was based on a review and analysis of books, thesis, and high-impact scientific articles published on academic research platforms such as Scielo, Redalyc, Researchgate, Pubmed, Elsevier, and Google Scholar. The search presents a temporal and chronological sequence of a transversal and retrospective type carried out in a given period. The population was made up of 58 bibliographies. The subject to be studied is addressed with the publication period between 2016 and 2021 and those articles that were used regardless of the date due to their importance in the content. According to the documents analyzed, inadequate and insufficient nutrition mainly influence the BMI and the hemogram in terms of hemoglobin, hematocrit, and hematometric indices, decreasing or increasing their values. KEY WORDS: Nutritional disorders, malnutrition, obesity, overweight. Reviewed by: MsC. Adriana Cundar Ruano, Ph.D. ENGLISH PROFESSOR c.c. 1709268534 |
