| Streszczenie: | The primary objective of this research project, titled “Administrative management and its influence on customer service quality in the GAD parish of Atahualpa, 2023 2027,” was to examine the relationship between administrative management and customer service quality, and to propose an action plan to optimize internal processes and mitigate conflicts with citizens. The methodological approach was mixed, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques, which allowed for a comprehensive understanding of the perceptions of users and collaborators regarding management and citizen service processes. Data was collected through a survey administered to both groups. The research design was non-experimental, as no intentional changes were made; instead, existing effects were observed. Several methods were employed: analytical, to examine the data and detect correlations; descriptive, to detail the characteristics of the variables; statistical, to apply correlation tests and quantitative analyses; and comparative, to contrast the results with previous studies and public administration standards. Finally, the study concludes with a proactive approach, proposing an action plan aimed at strengthening critical areas of control and feedback, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses that need to be addressed to improve service quality |
