For the Extraordinary adverse possession, it is necessary to have the Home Government Decentralized Municipal their respective county, for the purpose of verification that the site is intended to prescribe is not municipally owned or declared national property, however it institution, to appear at trial trying to dispel the claims of the plaintiff, while there is a transgression of the economic rights of people who have been possessed for many years, invested financially in the property and that under the law would be entitled to obtain a property title.
