Gaia:ABSTRACT: Sarcoidosis is a systemic disease characterized by the accumulation of non-calcifying granulomas (formed by T lymphocytes and macrophages) that distort the organ's tissue structure where they settle and alter its function, affecting multiple organs of the body, mainly the lungs and lymph nodes. In addition, it can affect the skin, eyes, joints, liver, and heart. The disease is associated with an abnormal immune response, but it is not known why this response is triggered. The current research project aimed to determine the effectiveness of various interventions to improve exercise tolerance in patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis through an extensive literature search in scientific databases. Within reviews made because there is no updated bibliography, articles from ten years ago were taken. This research work was developed as a bibliographic review, which will allow researching and analyzing updated information on cardiorespiratory interventions to improve tolerance to effort in patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis, favoring recovery and thus achieving an improvement in terms of quality of life. For its development, a base of scientific articles was obtained and submitted to a process of filtering and extraction of articles, selected from 35 articles in Spanish and English language of scientific bases, which comply with a score greater or equal to 6 on the PEDro scale. In the search carried out, the effects of the effectiveness of cardiorespiratory interventions to improve tolerance to effort in patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis were observed, involving the multidisciplinary team in the different phases of intervention, achieving a better lifestyle in the individual, improving his pulmonary capacity, his physical resistance, heart rate, controlling his risk factors that appear during the pathology.
