| الملخص: | MANAGEMENT OF MAJOR RISKS IN THE FACILITIES OF THE IMPLEMENT BRAILLE FENCE ELABORATION OF THE EMERGENCY PLAN The Braille Printing Office of the National Federation of the Blind of Ecuador (FENCE), is a company dedicated to the production of books, brochures, cards in Braille and macro type, editing and creation of audio-books, for people with visual disabilities, DECSEDIV FENCE department controls the national literacy schools and the production of teaching materials. For the present study of Major Risk Management, we have taken into account methods known as: the MEIPEE method, NFPA, MESERI, with which the present major risks were identified, analyzed and controlled, for the prevention of emergencies, knowing that in the company works with motor disability, partial and total visual. By the MEIPEE method the result of risk level is high for fires and medium for earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, in the NFPA method the fuel load was observed with a slight level of risk for the ground, second and third floor, while a ordinary risk on the first floor, and the MESERI method that evaluates the building has an acceptable level of risk. In the development of the Emergency Plan, the personnel is directly involved in the training and training of emergency brigades, safety signage in ink and braille was implemented, as well as the design of an evacuation map prototype (inclusive map) and placement of a handrail guide tube anchored to the wall that alerts the proximity of stairs to descend. With the development of the fire drill, a better way was prepared for the response of all Braille Printing staff to the occurrence of an adverse event. |
