總結:ABSTRACT This research highlights the application of the management and benefits of the Percutaneous Intratissue Electrolysis technique, as a physiotherapeutic treatment in adult patients with tendinopathy. Tendinopathy is the set of pathologies that affect tendinous structures (tendon) and Intratissue Percutaneous Electrolysis is an invasive technique that applies a galvanic current through an acupuncture needle, producing a chemical reaction that causes localized inflammation in the tendon and thus tissue regeneration. The research is of documentary design, cross-sectional, with a mixed approach that uses the bibliographic review for the collection of information and the PEDro scale for the analysis of the scientific content of the articles collected. It is determined that 87% of the articles achieved a good methodological rating, while 13% obtained an excellent rating. It was stated that the application of the Intratissue Percutaneous Electrolysis technique as a physiotherapeutic treatment for tendinopathies is the most effective with respect to other therapeutic treatments since it achieves a rapid regeneration of the tendon injury, they have a significant improvement when applying the treatment of the EPI, the recovery time varies due to the severity of the injury presented by the patients; it tends to ensure a more rapid reduction in pain in a short period of time and patients show substantial improvement. The articles were extracted from the databases of: PubMed, Scielo, Elsevier, Google Scholar, PEDro, Dialnet, ResearchGate, SAGE Journals, MVClinic and BMJ Open.
