סיכום:The research was developed at the Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo with seventh semester students of the Pedagogy of Experimental Sciences, Chemistry and Biology. The objective of the research was to propose an interactive didactic guide for the learning of biochemistry through the method by discovery, in this way an interactive didactic guide was elaborated that covers contents such as: Organic biomolecules and macromolecules. The methodology used was of quantitative approach, since the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, with non-experimental design, because no variable was manipulated and so that the research has greater relevance in terms of its information is descriptive, bibliographic, field and basic object, For data collection a survey was applied to twentytwo students, the questionnaire was created on the Forms platform that contained ten questions with four multiple options, With the information collected, it was analyzed that the proposal was accepted by the students, thus it was concluded that the interactiveç didactic guide through the discovery method for learning Biochemistry did contribute significantly to the students since it awakened their interest in learning the subject, since it encouraged interactivity and creativity, motivating the desire to learn, thus it is recommended to use the interactive didactic guide through the discovery method for learning Biochemistry.
