Označite | Izvleček: | This research work shows the development of an alternative construction system based on maritime containers in Riobamba city, which solves a real need of the environment, through a thorough review of the existing literature, which allows us to understand and obtain clear and concise criteria on the use of this material in the construction industry, executing an architectural project that has all the plans and construction details that facilitate the comprehension and understanding of the correct handling of this material within the architecture, elaborating an equipment that fulfills all the technical and constructive specifications that establishes the normative of construction in Riobamba. This architectural project aims to be complete enough to be built in reality and to obtain an accurate assessment of the use of maritime containers in construction. Likewise, it is intended to compare this alternative to the traditional construction method used within the city, through various construction criteria relevant to the execution of an architectural project, such as equipment development time, labor, equipment and tools, materials, etc. This will allow defining advantages and disadvantages of each one in order to determine the technical feasibility of the development of maritime containers within the urban context. With this compiled information it is intended to leave a detailed criterion that solves and covers several questions that we have now about the use of containers in construction and that shows relevant data of a project based on the statistics obtained from the comparison of the constructive systems. |
