Nuevos paradigmas del trabajo informal: caso los migrantes venezolanos frente a los derechos laborales en el sector empresarial de Riobamba.

In the research, a study of the new paradigms of informal work was carried out: the case of Venezuelan migrants facing labor rights in the business sector of Riobamba city, with the aim of determining whether their labor rights recognized in international instruments and Ecuadorian legislation are being fulfilled. On the other hand, identify the legal and social consequences of its violation. A qualitative methodology was applied for the analysis of the documentary sources, which were complemented with the results of a survey applied to Venezuelan migrants, labor inspectors and lawyers in free exercise of the profession in the city of Riobamba. The main result expresses that in the city there are cases of labor exploitation, in aspects such as payment of a remuneration lower than that provided by law, verbal or informal hiring, non-registration in social security and discrimination both in access to work as in the execution of this one. Based on these results, recommendations are formulated with a view to better protection of the rights of Venezuelan migrant workers in the city, while the regularization process announced by the national government advances, which will eliminate irregular migration status as one of the causes. of violation of their rights.
