The main objective of the research work presented was to determine how the production of corn in the Organization of Agricultural Producers Sectors of San José de Chazo affects the income level of its members. For this reason it was necessary to use research methods such as inductive and analytical, as well as field research, and explanatory. The study population was made up of the members of the Organization, which added 35 people, for this reason it was not necessary to calculate the sample and we proceeded to work with the entire study population. For the collection of information it was essential to prepare a questionnaire for the application of the respective surveys and interviews, which after the tabulation of information was obtained that currently continue to receive training by the technical staff of MAGAP and Ayuda en Acción, the existing advertising really is not very representative for this sector; 88.4% of producers allocate corn production for sale and consumption. Once the research work is concluded, the Seedling Organization has as its main function the commercialization of the seed, which has a complete machinery equipment for the seed treaty, which according to data that the research shows is being underutilized because, 82.9% state that they do not use the machinery for the whole seed treatment process, while only 17.1% mention that if they use the machinery.
