Resumo:In the present titling work on " The management of human talent and its impact on job satisfaction in the GAD of the parish of Cubijíes" aims to improve the management of human talent with the aim of making the organization more efficient and effective, which will allow the job satisfaction of public officials is high this not only benefits in the management processes carried out by the parish GAD but in the work environment that will be optimal. This degree work will address the problems related to human talent that normally affects public institutions, as is the case of the GAD Cubijíes parish that their recruitment systems, section and training of staff is deficient, this affects the job satisfaction of public officials which leads to the institutional objectives can not be met within the deadlines stipulated by the institution. In the section on the state of the art and the theoretical framework, information from different authors will be aborted regarding the research variables of both human talent management and job satisfaction, which have served as a fundamental basis for this research. The method used is the hypothetical-deductive, since it was started by observing the phenomenon to propose a hypothesis that was later verified, the research is descriptive, not experimental, since it describes the situation that the parish GAD is going through. To obtain more detailed information from the parish GAD we used surveys and an interview, the results obtained were processed through SPSS and Excel with tables and graphs where the management of human talent can be verified and how this affects job satisfaction, with the Chicuadrado proceeded to perform the verification of the hypothesis which mentions that the management of human talent if it affects the job satisfaction in the GAD of the parish of Cubijíes . Finally, strategies to improve the management of human talent were proposed to improve the satisfaction of the officials working in the parish GAD.
