| Ամփոփում: | In the research entitled "promotion of active habits in the workplace and levels of physical activity in administrative employees of the National University of Chimborazo, 2017-2018" Having as main objective the promotion of asset habits in the workplace and measure levels of physical activity The population was composed of 30 people, with a sample of 24 people consisting of 18 women with 75% and 6 men with 25%, between the ages of 25 to 55 years of age, this research has a non-probabilistic sample With a quasi-experimental model of cross-sectional and quantum-qualitative type, a 5-week intervention was carried out with relaxation exercises, elongation through dynamics, encouraging employees to adapt healthy habits in the workplace and out of the monotony of work, in the schedule from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday accumulating 62 hours with 30 minutes, through an instrument (Global Questionnaire on Physical Activity (GPAQ)) consisting of 16 questions divided into three blocks: Physical activity at work, move or transport, in free time, we take a pre-post test, through the wilcoxo test we obtained significance in a single question the rest of The results were not favorable for the present investigation, to this we can add the short intervention time the number of population that are of great importance in the contribution and in the personal benefits of the workers, thus improving the group work performance and work in equipment. |
