| Streszczenie: | Psychosocial risks currently have taken an important role and therefore deserve to be managed in a special way. The current lifestyle and labor demands make the work staff of any institution, company or industry vulnerable to these types of risks, which in their maximum expression trigger burnout syndrome or similar illnesses. Aware of the psychosocial risks, the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of Canto Guano allowed to carry out the present research work with the main objective of managing psychosocial risks for the prevention of burnout syndrome, in this way attending to the risk factors that are present in the institution, thus achieving the prevention of the syndrome. The management carried out is framed in the following axes: identification of psychosocial risks, training activities, socialization and training, manual of active pauses and evaluation through the application of the Maslach Burnout Inventory Instrument. After the management of psychosocial risks we denote as a result that the current situation compared to the initial diagnosis of the institution, reflects that the impact of the psychosocial risk factors was reduced, in this way we managed to control and prevent the existence of cases of the Syndrome Burnout in Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of Guano Canton. In conclusion after having provided a manual of active breaks to public servants psychosocial risks are taken seriously by the institution as they affect the most important capital of the same that are workers in all their hierarchies. |
