La Agenda Setting y el Análisis Framing en medios impresos nacionales (El Comercio y el Universo) estudio del caso: propuesta de ley para la despenalización del aborto en casos de violación, periodo enero – julio 2019.

The main objective of this research was to analyze the informative treatment on the decriminalization of abortion in cases of rape in the print media El Comercio and El Universo, period April 2019 - September 2019. The sustentation of this research was completed with the theoretical framework where basic concepts were specified. We worked with the scientific and descriptive methods, the research is qualitative and quantitative, since it takes into account what it says and how it says it, but also the publications were counted in relation to the topic, location, journalistic genres implemented and graphic aid elements. The techniques used were the documentary review matrix, the content analysis matrix, and interviews with professional experts on the subject. The results allowed the researcher to determine the approach of each of the print media, one with greater diversity in its publications, research and impartiality when dealing with the content of its information, the other more superficial, without much contrast and research. In this way, with this analysis, the tendency of each newspaper was confirmed, but mainly the way of approaching the information. Finally, with the results obtained, it was proposed the elaboration of a scientific article to be published in an indexed journal.
