Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | This research aimed to analyze the relationship between chronological age and Nolla stages of the upper incisors in children aged 3 to 9 years. 50 panoramic radiographs of pediatric patients were collected. An observational descriptive research was carried out with a cross-sectional and qualitative-quantitative mixed design. The Nolla stages of the upper incisors 11, 12, 21, 22 were analyzed in order to compare the relationship between the dental age andthe chronological. This information was compiled in an observation file that was validated by construct. The results showed that dental age was below chronological age. Additionally, there was a significant difference between dental age and chronological age, its significance value was less than 0.05 (p = 0.00). It was concluded that there is a difference between dental age and chronological age. When relating it to sex, it was shown no association. |
