| סיכום: | ABSTRACT: The research project "Tourism offer and community tourist services in Shandia, Tálag parish, Tena canton", aims to determine the influence of the tourist offer on community tourist services, the problem identified in this context lies in the limited offer of the community tourism services, which reflects a lack of interest in improving the tourism offer in the community tourism services provided by the Kichwa community. The research methods used were descriptive, non-experimental, documentary, taking into account different sources of information, such as degree thesis, scientific articles, books related to the topic, websites, among others. Additionally, surveys with questions on a Likert scale were applied to community tourism service providers and the economically active population. It was proven that there is no influence of the tourist offer with community tourism services. Among the most outstanding results we have the attractions. existing tourist sites, equivalent to very good with, 50%, the accessibility to tourist sites for promotion is good with, 30%, followed by the quality of stay, as very good with, 56%, finally the quality of gastronomy with, 44%. For the development of the proposal, the relevant results of the applied surveys, conclusions and recommendations were taken as reference, strategies were designed to strengthen the sustainable tourism offer in the Shandia community, where the beneficiaries are the inhabitants and the providers of tourism services. |
