| Riassunto: | ABSTRACT: This research arose from the problems encountered at the social level, where the cab cooperative "Señor del Buen Suceso" members do not know what inclusive strategies to apply to improve the inclusion in the mobility of visually impaired people of the association Aprodvich in the city of Riobamba. Its objective was to "Design an inclusive guide with strategies for training citizen guides of the cab cooperative Señor del Buen Suceso to improve the mobility of visually impaired people (APRODVICH) in the city of Riobamba." Its methodology was with a mixed approach, with a pre-experimental design, of transversal type, field and documentary bibliographic study, with descriptive and explanatory level, using the methods were deductive, inductive, and analytical, having a population of 86 research subjects comprised of 44 partners of the cab cooperative and 42 people with visual disabilities of Aprodvich, where a questionnaire with closed questions was applied as a data collection instrument to learn about the training of citizen guides and the mobility of people with visual disabilities. It should be noted that the results obtained through surveys and interviews applied to partners and this priority group, 95% of visually impaired people do not use public transportation because the partners of the cab cooperative do not guarantee the quality of good service in mobility, it was estimated that 100% of the factors that interfere with the training of citizen guides are linked to movement, institutional policies and low investment in technology and physical resources. To conclude, the cooperative members do not have the necessary knowledge to improve the training of citizen guides because they do not have institutional policies aimed at this type of inclusive service. In contrast, visually impaired people have mobility problems due to the poor and minimal application of public and corporate public transportation policies to adapt the units and train drivers to provide a quality and inclusive service. |
