| الملخص: | ABSTRACT: The organizational climate undoubtedly maintains a direct relationship with the organizational and psychosocial aspects, as well as the good performance of hospital officials. Based on scientific evidence, it is shown that good work performance is directly related to a good organizational climate, making the more productive hospital centers and having better results. This research work aims to determine to what extent the organizational climate influences the work performance of emergency health personnel at the Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital. The methodology of the study is quasi-experimental, where workers in the emergency area of the Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital are interacted and the previously validated instrument was applied and evidenced with a reliability analysis such as Cron Bach's alpha. To identify the relationship between the organizational climate and work performance in the emergency health personnel of the Vicente Corral Moscoso-Cuenca Hospital, correlational statistics were carried out using the Chi square correlation test in the statistical program. The results determine that the organizational climate is directly proportional to work performance, there are some parameters that must be strengthened within the emergency area to improve work performance, and of course begin the execution of the continuous improvement plan. It is concluded that work performance is related to the organizational climate, there are specific parameters such as the role of the immediate boss and the organization to generate good work performance of the workers.
