The following paper provides a global vision on the practice of social values in the school discipline of the students of the Cecibs “Rio Jubal” Alauís 2017-2018 period It has been seen in the need to deepen the study and rescue of community values, it is oriented to determine the real causes that lead to inappropriate discipline of children in school, this being the central problem of this work, guidelines are presented that Teachers should rely on updates to the curricular reform as a tool for the implementation and practice of the transversal axes established in the Ministry of Education, some limitations on the most important values, discipline from a perspective applied to the school and the environment surrounds, in terms of methodology, it was used through dialogue also applying instruments that favor the collection of information from the community such as: Surveys aimed at parents and teachers; The same ones that are needed to detail the problem investigated. And in turn propose possible solutions and recommendations. Therefore, in this research it is directed to the educational community for a future to have a society with values, principles committed to facing problematic problems of life.
