“La incidencia de la extinción de las pensiones alimenticias en la situación socio económica y académica de los estudiantes universitarios en la Unidad de la Familia, Mujer, Niñez y Adolescencia de la ciudad de Riobamba, durante el año 2014-2015”

The development of this research is structured by four chapters, which consists of units, topics and subtopics, these are distributed based on the related subject of research. In Chapter l, the framework has been developed which includes the problem statement jointly determined the objectives of the research, establishing general objectives in which should be identified, to describe through a critical, legal and doctrinal analyzes how extinction of maintenance payment affects the socio-economic and academic status among university students on the Family Unit, Women, Children and Adolescents during the period 2014-2015. Chapter II is established the theoretical framework, which has developed research through a doctrinaire, legal and critic of the extinction of maintenance payment study; it´s based on the same, it was proceeded, an analysis of the effects that produces. In Chapter III can be verify the development of methodological research, the same which has been made on the Family Unit , Women, Children and Adolescents of the Riobamba Canton, likewise the interpretation and discussion was carried out in order to verify the formulated hypothesis at the beginning of research work. Chapter IV is given the respective conclusions and recommendations based on the conduct research topic as a result of this study.
