The results show that 100 % of nurses not using Autonomy to perform independent functions in the emergency service which influences nursing care in these patients , and it is noteworthy that do not meet minimum requirements necessary for work in this highly complex area , only 12.50 % have a master's care pursuant to the requirements for this area , 43.75 % rarely reviewed scientific literature of the subject studied , 50% of professionals have never received training assistance and management for the trauma patient also has 62.50% less than a year working on this service. |
