Sumario:The present investigation is entitled "LABOR PROFILE AS A CONDITIONER FOR THE CONTRACTING AND VIOLATION OF THE WORKER'S RIGHTS," has originated in the face of social practice, in which the employer forces his workers to sign blank executive titles for access to a job, causing essential workers' rights to be violated. Under this, the purpose of the present investigation is to analyze job perfidy as a condition for hiring and its incidence on the violation of the worker's rights in the labor system, emphasizing the rights to freedom of work, fair remuneration, social security, decent life, and heritage. For compliance, the research was carried out in two parts: first, through the treatment of the consistent theoretical framework in 2 units called: Labor perfidy and violation of the rights of the worker, and, the second part, through the methodological design appropriate to a social, legal investigation, through the deductive, analytical and systematic research method; qualitative research approach; types of field, exploratory and bibliographic research; non-experimental research design. Additionally, information has been collected thanks to the research instruments, with which it has been possible to draw conclusions and recommendations according to the problem investigated.
